The Great Karri Ride Organising Committee and associates will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any customer identifiable or contact information derived from the registration, email or customer submission requests - including but not limited to customer names, email addresses, and phone numbers (Except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others).

When The Great Karri Ride Organising Committee uses other agents, contractors or companies to perform services on its behalf, we will ensure that the company protects your customer identifiable information consistent with this policy.

If at any time you recieve unsolicitated email, phone calls or terestrial mail, in the first instance; please contact the site administrator to resolve any issues. Failing contact with the site administrator please contact the Northcliffe Visitor Center.
